What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website only. They do not replace or override:

• a retail instalment contract, loan agreement or any financing document;
• a repair order, work authorisation or service invoice;
• any written warranty or service contract you are given.

If anything on this website conflicts with a document you have signed, the signed document controls.

Permitted use of this website

You may browse this site, look at our inventory, read about our services, and send us an enquiry or appointment request for your own personal or internal business use. You may print or save pages for that purpose.

Things you must not do

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically copy the site or our inventory listings, whether by automated means or otherwise, except for legitimate search engine indexing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system, or probe or test its security.
• Interfere with the site’s normal operation, including by introducing malware or by placing unreasonable load on it.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms, or submit an enquiry on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.
• Use our forms to send spam, advertising or solicitations.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your association with any person or business.
• Copy, reuse or republish our text, photographs, layout or branding without our written permission.

Vehicle listings and availability

Vehicle listings on this site are drawn automatically from our inventory management system and are refreshed regularly, but they are a snapshot, not a live feed. A vehicle shown here may already be sold, on hold, or off the lot for service.

Listing details — including year, make, model, trim, mileage, price, engine, transmission, drivetrain, colour, options, features and photographs — are provided for general information. They come from the vehicle feed and from the previous owner’s or seller’s description, and they may be incomplete, out of date or in error. Photographs may not show the specific vehicle, its current condition, or every feature described.

Please confirm anything that matters to you directly with us before you rely on it — whether the vehicle is still available, its actual price, its actual mileage, its condition, its history, and what is and is not included. Come and see the vehicle, and take it for a test drive. We will also carry out a free inspection with you before you buy; just ask.

Pricing and listing errors

We work to keep prices and details accurate, but errors happen — data entry mistakes, feed problems and display errors among them. A price or description shown on this website is not a binding offer to sell.

We reserve the right to correct any error at any time, including after an enquiry has been submitted, and to decline or cancel a transaction that was based on an error. If you have submitted an enquiry based on a price that turns out to be wrong, we will tell you promptly and you are under no obligation to proceed.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, prices shown do not include applicable taxes, title, registration or other government charges.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle

Sending a vehicle inquiry, a contact form or a test drive request through this website does not reserve, hold or take a vehicle off the market, and it does not create a contract of sale. Vehicles are available on a first-come basis until a sale is actually agreed in writing. A vehicle you asked about may be sold to someone else before we reach you.

Appointment requests

An appointment request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is not scheduled until we respond and confirm it with you, normally by phone or text. Please do not travel to us on the strength of an unconfirmed request. If a time you asked for is not available, we will offer an alternative.

Any timeframe mentioned on this site — such as aiming to confirm service requests the same day — is a general expectation, not a guarantee.

Financing

Vehicle financing is arranged through a third party. The “Apply for Financing” links on this site take you to startyourcreditapproval.com, which we do not own, operate or control. Your application is made to and handled by that provider under their own terms and privacy policy.

We do not guarantee financing approval, any particular interest rate, any particular term, any particular monthly payment, or any particular amount. Approval and terms are decided by the lender based on their own criteria and your circumstances.

The payment estimator on vehicle pages is a calculator, nothing more. It runs in your browser, uses figures you type in, and is illustrative only. It is not an offer of credit, not a quote, not a pre-qualification, and not a representation of any rate available to you. Taxes, fees and other charges are not included in what it shows.

Service, tires and detailing information

Descriptions of our services on this site explain what we generally offer. They are not a quote and not a promise about a particular result on a particular vehicle.

Detailing package prices shown on this site apply to vehicles in standard condition. As the detailing page states, heavier soiling, pet hair or extensive stain removal may increase the price; we will tell you before we start. Final pricing for any service depends on your vehicle, its condition and what it actually needs, and is confirmed with you before work begins.

Nothing on this website is a diagnosis of a problem with your vehicle or a substitute for having it looked at.

Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including our financing provider, CARFAX vehicle history reports, Google Maps and Google reviews, and the inventory system our listings come from. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

The L&E Motorsports name and logo, and the text, layout, design and original photographs on this website, belong to L&E Motorsports or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names and logos that appear on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we sell and service. Their use here does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorisation from those manufacturers. L&E Motorsports is an independent dealer and service business.

Website availability

We do not promise that this website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice, including inventory listings and features. Maintenance, host outages and problems with the inventory feed can all interrupt the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
